since I last posted.  I have been going through a lot of ups & downs in my personal & professional life leaving me little time to keep things up-to-date.  However, I'm back!!!

Decided it was time for a change again and since I intend to relaunch the therapy side of my business in September 2014 at Room 101 in New Inn felt a new look website was in order so here it is!!
